Infinite Banking Concept
Whole life policy used as a personal banking alternative — borrow against cash value to fund business operations, then repay to rebuild the bucket.
How LP uses IBC
Oliver holds a whole life policy as the IBC vehicle. Cash value accumulates tax-deferred. Policy loans are taken against the death benefit — the policy continues to grow as if the loan didn't happen, funded by loan interest paid back to the policy.
LP can offer IBC setup advisory as an add-on service for clients who qualify. Not insurance sales — it is financial strategy consulting.

Grant Finder & Application
LP identifies and applies for grants on behalf of clients. Revenue model: flat monthly retainer ($2,500–$7,500/mo). No success-fee structure — LP does not co-own grant revenue.

WOSB / EDWOSB — Women-Owned Small Business certifications via SBA. Unlocks federal contracting set-asides.
MBDA Business Center — Minority Business Development Agency — free consulting + capital connections.
IFundWomen — crowdfunding + grant matching for women entrepreneurs.

Grant service fees
Flat retainer: $2,500 – $7,500 / month based on scope.
No success fee. No contingency. LP retainer covers: grant research, eligibility audit, application writing, submission, follow-up.
Attorney review: client-side responsibility. LP assists with preparation only.
Minimum engagement: 3 months (grant cycles are 60–180 days).
LP as Trade Credit Reporter
LP reports client payment history to business credit bureaus as a net-30 vendor, helping clients build tradeline history. This is LP's in-house tradeline service.
LP net-30 tradeline program
Client pays LP for a service or product on net-30 terms. LP reports the payment (on-time or late) to D&B, Experian Business, and Equifax Business. Client builds a tradeline in their business credit file — without a hard pull.
LP must establish vendor accounts with each bureau to report. Setup: D&B ($300–$500/yr), Experian SBCS ($800–$1,200/yr), Equifax Business ($500–$900/yr).
Setup checklist
D&B — CreditBuilder Plus or D&B Finance Analytics account. LP reports via data submission portal or API.
Experian SBCS — Small Business Credit Share program. Apply at experian.com/business. Monthly data file submission.
Equifax Business — Trade Reference Program. LP submits monthly CSV file of net-30 client accounts.
Attorney note: confirm compliance with FCRA, FACTA, and applicable FTC guidance before scaling.
SBA Loan Programs
LP as broker/facilitator for SBA loan types. LP does not hold SBA licenses — LP prepares clients and routes to SBA-licensed lenders in LP's lender pool.
SBA 7(a)
Up to $5M. Most flexible SBA loan. Working capital, equipment, real estate, refinancing. Requires FICO SBSS ≥ 140. LP preps client + routes to 7(a) lender.
SBA 504
Up to $5.5M. Fixed-rate, long-term. Real estate + major equipment. CDC partnership required. LP routes to CDC partner after qualification prep.
Fast-track programs
SBA Express — up to $500K, 36-hour decision. Best for clients who are 90% ready. LP fast-track track.
CAPLines — revolving line for working capital. Seasonal businesses + government contractors.
Novus Legend — Affiliate Partner
First LP beta affiliate partner. Receives 30% of LP's affiliate revenue from leads they source. Revenue flows through LP Business before the 30/30/40 split.
